SHIPPING & RETURNS

Currently we do not ship to countries outside of the United States.


Shipping
Orders within the United States are shipped using the method you select during checkout. Bodyguard Brands does not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase. Bodyguard Brands charges sales tax on orders shipped in Alabama. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
 
Currently we do not offer expedited or priority shipping.


 The following restrictions apply to any shipping option:
• Bill To address and Ship To address must be the same and match the credit card billing address
• Items on backorder will be removed from order and the remaining items will be shipped out via the selected service.
• In stock orders placed by noon AL time will ship the same day with the selected service, orders placed after 12pm AL time will be shipped the next business day with the selected service.
 
Returns And Exchanges
WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON BODYGUARDBRANDS.COM
For all other purchases, please contact the company where you originally purchased the item.
BodyguardBrands.com cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at Bodyguard Brands retail outlets.
Conditions for returns/exchanges:
• All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached.
• If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 7 business days of the original shipment date.
 
Returns
To return your item, repackage your product in the original box if possible. Include a copy of the packing slip with a note of the reason for return. Please write your daytime phone number on the packing slip, this will speed processing of your product in the event we need to contact you. Send your package using a traceable delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment, please insure your items with your carrier. Returns take 2 to 3 business days to process, you will be notified of your return via e-mail. We will attempt to refund the credit card you used for the original transaction. Your credit card company determines the time it takes for the returned amount to post to your account.
 
• Returns must be processed within 30 days of the original ship date.
• Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
• The customer pays for return of the exchange back to our warehouse.
 
Exchanges
Please follow our return guidelines shown above when returning your product for exchange. Please note on the packing slip the item you are exchanging, the desired item, and the reason for exchange. For best results, please contact our customer support by clicking here so we may assist you in getting the correct size or item. Our stock changes frequently, contacting us prior to your exchange is the best way to insure we have your desired exchange item in stock.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery date.
• We are not responsible for loss/damage in shipment. Please insure your items.
• Exchanges are shipped back to the customer using ground shipment.
• Shipment of your exchanged merchandise from our warehouse is free.
